Terms & Conditions

A legally binding agreement between you and Eagles Publishing ("we," "us," or "Eagles Publishing") concerning your participation in a digital and physical self-publication and distribution program (the "Program") via the website Eaglespublishing.com (the "Site") is contained in these Terms of Service (the "Terms" or "Agreement").

These terms state that Eagles Publishing will:

• Create a print or e-book version of your text, which we call a work.
• Distribute those works to both physical and virtual bookshops.
• Give you online reports on the sales of your creations.
• Pay royalties from the sale of your work to you, less a commission that must be paid to Eagles Publishing.

You, the author:

• Are and will continue to be the proprietors of your works and all associated rights; Eagles Publishing is entitled to commissions but does not possess ownership or copyright to your works.
• Will write the description that appears in bookshops, online, or otherwise, and determine the sales price of your works. Both the price and the description are subject to change at any time.
• May end this agreement at any time or delist any of your works from Eagles Publishing, but only if Eagles Publishing can still receive its commission from sales of your works before delisting.

Terms of Service

• This Terms and Conditions is a binding contract among us and the person or entity recognised as the Publisher ("you" or "Publisher" or "author") with regard to your involvement in the Program and distribution of manuscripts and other content that have been turned into content for distribution through the Program (all such content known as your "Works" or "Work"). If the publisher is an entity, the person accepting this agreement on behalf of the publisher represents and warrants that he or she has the authority to enter into this agreement on the publisher's behalf and bind the publisher to its provisions.
• Acceptance of Terms. By (a) clicking Accept when prompted to do so or (b) using the Program or Site, or any portion of it, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. You cannot use the Program or Site if you disagree with the Terms.
• We reserve the right to modify the Site, the Program, or these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we post notice of a change at the top of the Terms, it will take effect 30 days later. You can stop using the program and site if you disagree with any changes.
• The terms of service of those bookshops govern our capacity to distribute your works to different physical and online bookshops and other sellers (collectively referred to as "bookshops"). We will let you know if your works aren't suitable for one or more bookshops based on their terms of service or otherwise, and you'll have the chance to change them so they can be sold. You and I both promise that neither of us will do anything that we know or have reason to believe will go against the terms of service of any bookshop that sells your works. For whatever reason, we have the right to stop selling works through any bookshop whose terms of service or distribution conditions we find unsuitable.
• The money that bookshops give us from the sale, loan, and other distribution of your works will go to us. As payment for our services in the Program and under this Agreement, you acknowledge that we have the right to deduct and retain a 15% commission of those proceeds (the "Commissions").
